Format: A single round robin tournament. You will be placed into a division of (usually) 10 players, all of a similar strength. Over the nine rounds, you will eventually play all the other players in your group, one game per night.
Time control: 90 minutes per player plus 30 seconds increment per move.
First night: 7.30pm March 5. Final night: May 24. There will be three ‘catch-up’ nights during the tournament, on which only the players who have missed a game need play. However, other players are most welcome to come to the club and play social games.

Entry Fee: No entry fee but you must be a paid member of the club. Pay online here.
Rating: ACF rated for all divisions. FIDE-rated for all divisions with at least four FIDE-rated players.
Missed games: Where less than 24 hours prior notice is provided to the Club Captain by a player not able to attend, that player will forfeit the game.
